The exhibition D'Après Rodin: Early 20th Century Italian Sculpture at the National Gallery of Modern Art in Rome concentrates on the influence of Auguste Rodin in Italian sculpture during the early part of the twentieth century. The exhibition runs parallel with the 'Rodin, Marble, Life Exhibition' at the Terme di Diocleziano. Visitors can admire several works of art from some of Italy's best known sculptures including Medardo Rosso, who was linked to Rodin by feelings of admiration and conflict. Both private and public objects are on show, all of which were inspired by Rodin.
