Shopping In Rome Via Del Corso

Address: Via Del Corso, 00187 Rome, Italy.

One of the main shopping streets that many Romans frequent is Via Del Corso which lies in the heart of the historic centre. It is also a notable street due to the fact, that in an area where roads are generally bendy and winding, this shopping street is virtually straight. The street is nearly one mile long (1.5 kilometres) and connects Piazza del Popolo to Piazza Venezia, with the northern part being a pedestrian area. Along Via Del Corso you will find the flagship Ferrari store, as well as several Italian high street shops and department stores, such as COIN and Rinascente, as well as the Art Nouveau style 'Galleria Alberto Sordi'. In general the shops are open until late and also on Sundays; the closest metro stations are Flaminio and Spagna (A/red line).
